Practical approach to brand protection

I have been involved in industrial property law since 2013. I'm not a fan of legal jargon that only complicates simple matters. My role at Karpaty Insight Group is to ensure that our clients' names and logotypes are safe from unfair competition. The matter is clear: either you have an office document or your brand hangs in a vacuum. Last year, I personally conducted 43 successful registrations at the Patent Office of the RP.

At Karpaty Insight Group, I manage a team of 4 people, but every tougher case crosses my desk. I don't promise I'll answer the phone at midnight. I work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Outside of work, I rarely check emails. I believe that work hygiene is key to keeping a sharp mind when analyzing trademark collisions.
