Frequent questions about brand protection

We've gathered specific answers for manufacturing and trading business owners. Without fluff and legal jargon.

How much do I have to pay for the first consultation?

The first phone call to establish facts doesn't cost you anything. If you want us to analyze a letter from the competition or an office within one day, such service costs 290 PLN net. The matter is clear from the first minute.

When will my name or patent be secure?

We act lightning fast. We prepare a set of documents for the Patent Office on average in 3.2 business hours from the moment you give us the green light. The office itself needs from 4 to 7 months to issue a decision, but your protection is active from the day of filing.

Do I have a guarantee that the registration will succeed?

Facts matter, not promises – before sending the application we do a 12-page report and tell you straight what your chances are. Last year we had 0 applications rejected due to formal errors because we know Rzeszów offices from the inside.

Do I have to come to the office personally?

We sit in the office at ul. 3 Maja in Rzeszów, but we protect companies from across the province and the country. We handle all formalities via email and phone. We currently have 147 active cases and most clients we only see on a computer screen.

I have a logo from a designer, why do I still have to sign something?

Simply paying the invoice for the design doesn't give you rights to the logo. Without a specific copyright contract, the designer can take it away from you after 3 years. We write short and clear contracts that transfer full ownership to your company. We secure your profit for the future.

Do I have to sign a contract for ongoing service?

Straight to the point: we do it so you don't have to pay subscriptions. For trademark registration in Poland, you pay us 1,640 PLN net once every 10 years. We don't push for fixed fees if you don't need them.

Received a letter from an attorney or the office?

We will analyze the content of the demand and tell you if you have something to fear or if it's just an intimidation attempt.
